We are seeking a committed Autism Support Teaching Assistant to join our team on a full-time, long-term basis.

This position is crucial as we enhance our special needs services to better cater to our students' requirements.

The role has become available due to the growth of our special needs team to address the increasing demands of our students.

In this role, you will work directly with students in Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, providing customized support to facilitate their educational and personal development.

As an Autism Support Teaching Assistant, you will be at the forefront of innovative support strategies, operating within a collaborative and supportive environment.

You will have the opportunity to significantly influence students' lives, assisting them in reaching their full potential.
Experience in working with students on the autism spectrum is essential.

  • Monitor and document student progress, adjusting support strategies as necessary.
