Role Summary:

The firm is in search of a seasoned and proactive managing consultant to spearhead its consulting services within the energy and chemicals domains. This position entails overseeing the entire sales process and guiding your own project delivery team while cultivating and maintaining relationships with senior executives throughout the sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the sales of consultancy services, primarily focusing on the EMEA region.
  • Establish and nurture strong, ongoing relationships with senior industry leaders, executives, and key decision-makers.
  • Oversee and execute consulting projects, leading teams of junior and mid-level consultants to deliver exceptional outcomes.
  • Craft and present proposals for a variety of services, including feasibility studies, due diligence assessments, and technology evaluations.
  • Collaborate with senior management to enhance and expand the company's market presence and revenue in the region.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Significant experience in the energy or chemicals sectors with a leading consultancy.
  • In-depth knowledge of market dynamics, profitability factors, and growth potential in these industries.
  • Strong understanding of technological advancements, particularly in emerging sustainable fuel solutions.
  • Experience or interest in environmental due diligence and the application of the Equator Principles.
  • Outstanding leadership and project management capabilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate substantial consulting revenue.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and client relationship management skills.
