As a Civil Engineer at Buildout Recruitment Ltd, you'll be part of a dynamic team that provides specialist support to Blue-Chip housebuilders on mass infrastructure schemes. Our clients include Taylor Wimpey, Hallam Land, Vistry, This Land, Countryside, and Crest Nicholson. You'll work on strategic major infrastructure projects for new towns and settlements of between 2000-5000 new homes.

Your Role as a Civil Engineer

You'll be designing a variety of infrastructure schemes for the largest and most prestigious developments in the UK. This will include:

-Highway design (S38/S278) both preliminary and detailed

-Drainage design (s104/s98)

-Design of foul pumping stations, SUDS, flow control structures and balancing facilities

-Residential and commercial external works design including earthworks assessments

-Micro drainage

-Liaising with local authorities
