Support Worker for Young Girl with Complex Needs

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team and provide support to a young girl with complex needs. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and be able to provide a calm and patient approach.
About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to the young girl outside of school hours, enabling her to participate in social activities and become more independent. This will include assisting with personal care, accompanying her on day trips, and providing support during school holidays.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide support to the young girl outside of school hours
- Assist with personal care and daily living tasks
- Accompany the young girl on day trips and outings
- Provide support during school holidays
- Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide a consistent approach
- Experience of working with children
- Ability to provide a calm and patient approach
- Full UK driving licence and use of a car
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Above the industry average pay
- Mileage rate of 45p per mile
