I am recruiting several **CARING** and **PASSIONATE** Support Workers to join a Residential Service for Adults with Learning Disabilities and complex needs. The service is located in **HAVERFORDWEST, PEMBROKESHIRE **supports adults aged between 18 - 65.
- **Salary**: £26,477 - £26,926 (Including sleeps) + Plenty of overtime available
- **Hours**: Full Time - 40 hours per week + 1 sleep per week
- **Contract**: Permanent
- **Shifts**: A variety of shifts including optional sleeps and weekends
- **Location**: Haverfordwest, Pembrokeshire

**As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for the following**:
- Encouraging independence and supporting individuals to make their own choices.
- Ensuring the safety of the service users.
- Following care plans for each individual.
- Taking service users out into the community.
- Participating in activities such as arts, crafts, gardening and day trips.
- Varying levels of personal care.
**Requirements**:
- No experience is required.
- Must be resilient.
- Drivers **ESSENTIAL due to location**:
