Job Title: French Speaking Account Manager

We are seeking a talented French speaking account manager to join our team at Royall Appointments. As a key member of our global client servicing team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of international clients and delivering high-quality results that exceed their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of international clients and deliver high-quality results that exceed their expectations
  • Develop and implement effective account management strategies to drive business growth and revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated marketing campaigns and events
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure continuous improvement and innovation

Requirements:

  • Fluent in both French and English
  • Proven experience in account management, preferably in a global or international setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
