Join Our Team as a Dutch Speaking Account Manager

About the Role:

As a Dutch speaking Account Manager at French Selection, you will be responsible for managing and developing existing accounts throughout Europe, ensuring clients' needs are addressed and resolved. You will also be responsible for developing new opportunities in designated regions to achieve company targets.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage and deal with existing accounts throughout Europe
  • Ensure clients' needs are addressed and resolved
  • Develop new opportunities in designated regions to achieve company targets
  • Implement action plans
  • Lead strategic account reviews
  • Report directly to the Commercial Director
  • Collaborate with Operations Team to ensure service is in line with contractual obligations
  • Work closely with other departments including Finance, IT and HR
  • Monitor internal and external key performance indicators

Requirements:
  • Fluent in Dutch and English essential
  • Fluency in French is beneficial
  • Previous experience in account management or B2B sales is required
  • Experience in Travel Industry beneficial
  • Able to drive business performance providing successful customer solution
  • Fully competent and confident Word, Excel and PowerPoint user
  • Highly organised with proven ability to prioritise and meet deadlines

What We Offer:
  • Salary: up to 55000€ per annum, depending on experience plus 10000€ OTE Bonus
