Learning Support Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join our team in Boston, Lincolnshire. This rewarding role involves supporting secondary school students and offers working hours from 08:30 to 15:30, with a competitive pay rate of £85 - £100 per day, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide one-on-one and small group support to students, helping them understand and engage with the curriculum.
- Assist teachers in preparing and delivering lessons, adapting materials to suit individual learning needs.
- Foster a positive and encouraging learning atmosphere, building strong relationships with students to boost their confidence and independence.
- Monitor student progress and collaborate with teachers and other staff to adjust support strategies as needed.
- Supportive Role: Play a key role in helping students overcome challenges and achieve their academic potential in a supportive and inclusive environment.
- Competitive Pay: Earn between £85 - £100 per day, reflecting your commitment and experience in supporting students' learning.
