Job Purpose
As a key member of the ES Broadcast team, the Warehouse Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kit room. Reporting to the Operations Director, this role is responsible for overseeing the daily and long-term warehouse operations to deliver exceptional service standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for forward planning, project delivery, and supervising the daily schedule of drives, collections, dispatches, and pick-ups. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective forward planning strategies to ensure exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Liaise with the Bookings Department to ensure efficient logistics and timely deliveries and collections.
  • Supervise the daily schedule of drives, collections, dispatches, and pick-ups to ensure kits are ready on time.
  • Attend weekly management meetings to discuss progress and address any issues.
  • Regularly audit and tighten workflows to ensure efficient processes from order to invoicing stage.
  • Ensure maintenance and testing schedules are carried out.
Key Performance Indicators
  • Hires are prepped, dispatched promptly and accurately, and all equipment is of a high standard.
  • Client retention is high, and the company generates regular repeat and referral business.
  • The kit room is organized, efficient, and tidy.
  • The kit room team is motivated, progressing, and performing to a high standard.
  • Kit check-in is swift, and any issues with breakages/losses are flagged appropriately.
