Role: Investment Fund Oversight/Client Reporting Associate Director


Location: London

We are seeking a dynamic leader to join our expanding Portfolio Oversight Department, responsible for both operational and strategic initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete accountability for a diverse range of open-ended investment funds
  • Act as a liaison between trading teams and portfolio management
  • Supervise third-party administrators to ensure compliance and efficiency
  • Review client mandates, governing documents, and regulatory frameworks
  • Collaborate with Product Structuring, Investment, and Legal teams on fund-related inquiries, budgeting, and expense oversight, as well as participation in the launch of new funds
  • Enhance and oversee the operational processes within the team


Candidate Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in Fund Oversight for Public/Open Ended Funds, particularly with QIAIFs and UCITS
  • Proven ability to manage relationships with third-party administrators
  • Experience in team leadership and management
  • Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to collaborate across various internal departments
  • Familiarity with Aladdin/Power BI is advantageous
