We are seeking an experienced and passionate Store Manager to join our team at 23.5 Degrees Ltd. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Baristas, Shift Managers, and Assistant Managers to provide world-class customer service and achieve outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and direct a team of Baristas, Shift Managers, and Assistant Managers to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Develop and implement effective back-office processes, including labour, scheduling, recruitment, stock ordering, and stock counts.
- Coach and develop team members to improve their skills and performance.
- Manage and maintain a clean and safe store environment.
- Monitor and control store expenses to achieve budget targets.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
