  • Establish and articulate a departmental strategy that aligns with organizational goals
  • Oversee and balance tasks across various sectors, including Toolroom, Facilities, Engineering, and Estimating
  • Refine and stabilize manufacturing processes
  • Collaborate with Design Engineering and Project Management to facilitate effective new product launches
  • Provide prompt responses and sustainable solutions to challenges on the production floor
  • Initiate cost-saving measures and manage financial resources efficiently
  • Champion training and development initiatives for the team, ensuring a culture of continuous improvement
  • Uphold workplace organization and advocate for 5S methodologies

Qualifications and Experience:

  • At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing
  • A minimum of 2 years in a leadership capacity
  • Degree in engineering or a related discipline
  • Familiarity with TPM, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma methodologies
  • Practical experience with CNC and molding machinery
  • Proficient in SAP and Minitab software
