Key Responsibilities

The Operations Manager will play a pivotal role within the organization, demonstrating leadership and management skills. Responsibilities include:

Qualifications and Experience

Essential:

  • Demonstrated educational background equivalent to A level or higher.
  • Experience in customer service or reception roles.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and managing teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong IT proficiency and ability to work within established processes.
  • Capability to remain composed in challenging situations.
  • Experience in conflict resolution.
  • Understanding of confidentiality and data protection regulations.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to provide services to a diverse clientele, promoting good relations and equality.
