Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Associate to join our team at Reed. As a key member of our Compliance department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective management of our Compliance frameworks and programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide subject matter expertise and review/analysis for enquiries/escalations related to assigned areas of responsibility.
  • Design and implement operational procedures for assigned areas of responsibility.
  • Maintain main systems and/or tools supporting key Compliance Management frameworks and programs.
  • Develop and deliver key Compliance-related Communications and Training (courses and materials).
  • Manage Compliance Team Folders according to procedures.
  • Update and maintain Compliance Team Registers and Records.
  • Create Reports (MI) on a regular and ad-hoc basis.
  • Manage personal workload and prioritize tasks to meet business needs.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders/Compliance Managers to ensure timely completion of tasks.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of Compliance Management frameworks and programs.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to design and implement operational procedures.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
