Our Operations TeamOur Operations team is a busy and dynamic business area, with lots of exciting opportunities to build and develop your career. We support processes from onboarding new clients, transaction processing, derivatives, daily oversight of the Funds Net Asset Value (NAV) and ensuring that we meet all our Client, Fund and regulatory obligations.
The RoleWe're looking for an Analyst to join the Fund & Data Reporting team with the Operations department. As an Operations Academy Trainee, you will join Schroders as a permanent employee and start your career in our Operations Academy, which currently runs for 18-24 months. During this time, you will study for your CISI Level 3 - Investment Operations Certificate, learn on the job and have access to a wide range of soft skill training courses.
Key Responsibilities- Any experience which demonstrates good communication, analytical skills, and working well within a team environment.

- Experience of prioritising workload, demonstrating a keen eye for detail, problem solving and confidence in communicating.
- Being organised and taking the initiative.
