Retrofit Field Manager (Solar and Electrics) Role

Rock managed services is seeking a skilled Retrofit Field Manager to join our team. As a Retrofit Field Manager, you will be responsible for managing and executing retrofit projects related to solar and electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and execute retrofit projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and operations, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Conduct site assessments, develop project plans, and coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Monitor and control project costs, ensuring adherence to budget and financial targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and project satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • 18th edition electrical qualification or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in retrofit project management, preferably in the solar and electrical industries.
  • Strong technical knowledge of electrical and solar systems, including design, installation, and maintenance.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary range: £45,000 - £50,000 (based on experience) + bonus.
  • Company van provided with fuel card.
  • 22 days annual leave + bank holidays.
  • Hours: 8am-5pm, Monday to Friday (1 hour break).
