The position has emerged due to an increase in project demands, allowing for significant growth and development within our organization.
Key responsibilities for the Junior Cost Estimator include:
- Managing payment applications
- Reviewing and processing reimbursable costs
- Assisting in the oversight of approximately £1.5M per month in revenue
- Maintaining accurate records of compensation events
This role will involve working on large-scale projects, including earthworks exceeding £30M, cofferdam installations, and supervising subcontractor packages related to fabrication, reinforced concrete slabs, and propping. The contract type utilized is NEC4 option E, with an established schedule of rates.
The starting salary for this position ranges from £30,000 to £35,000, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
