Position Overview:

Key Interactions:

Main Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a super user for system functionalities.
  • Oversee and distribute Zendesk emails, ensuring service level agreements are adhered to.
  • Coordinate and supervise the onboarding process for new users.
  • Facilitate training sessions for seasonal staff members.
  • Promote personal growth by identifying further training opportunities.
  • Enhance product knowledge and brand familiarity.

Performance Metrics:

  • Precision of submitted reports.
