Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mental Health Support Worker to join our Specialist Care Team. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional support to individuals with complex needs, including Autism, learning disability, and mental health.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized support to individuals in their own homes, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each individual.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, medication management, and household chores.
  • Support individuals with complex behaviors, using de-escalation techniques and crisis intervention strategies.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Good standard of English, numeracy, and digital skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide excellent communication skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt to the needs of the business and work across our Mental Health facilities.
  • Desirable experience in care, preferably in Mental Health.
