Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Operations Assistant to join our team at WinMan ERP Software. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.

Main Responsibilities

  • Financial Transaction Processing
    • Accurately input financial transactions into our ERP system, including invoices, expense reports, and ensure proper coding, documentation, and filing of financial records.
  • Accounts Payable Management
    • Assist in managing accounts payable functions, including processing vendor invoices, and verifying supporting documents.
  • Accounts Receivable Management
    • Monitor accounts receivable, follow up on outstanding payments, and maintain accurate customer records.
  • Expense Management
    • Review and verify employee expenses, ensuring compliance with company policies, prepare reimbursement requests, and maintain proper documentation.
  • Financial Audits
    • Assist with financial audits by preparing documentation and addressing inquiries from auditors, ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal policies.
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide general administrative support to the finance department, including filing documents, organizing records, and managing correspondence.

Requirements

  • Qualifications
    • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business discipline.
  • Experience
    • Proven experience in finance, accounting, and credit control.
    • Strong IT skills.

    • Demonstrated diligence and accuracy in completing tasks.
