Job Title: Financial Operations Assistant at Sytner Group

Sytner Group is excited to present an excellent opportunity for a Financial Operations Assistant to become a part of our dynamic team on a temporary basis to cover a maternity leave.

In this role, you will be instrumental in facilitating the daily functions of the finance department, managing responsibilities that include sales and purchase ledgers, daily cash transactions, and bank reconciliations. Furthermore, you will provide support to the Finance Manager and the Management team with month-end financial reporting and various additional tasks as required.

The working hours for this position are Monday through Friday.

Key Qualifications

A background in accounting and a thorough understanding of financial processes, including inventory audits and month-end closings, are crucial. Experience with Dealer Management Systems such as CDK/Kerridge/Autoline and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications would be advantageous but not essential.

We are seeking an individual who is passionate, exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy. The ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a small team is vital.
