Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Shop Manager to join our team. As a Shop Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of retail colleagues, delivering the highest possible retail standards, and providing an excellent customer experience. You will become an expert in betting and make sure our customers enjoy our products and services responsibly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of retail colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Ensure the shop is always clean, tidy, and well-maintained, and that all equipment and facilities are in good working order.
  • Monitor and control shop expenses, including stock, utilities, and other costs.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase customer engagement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

Requirements

  • Previous management experience in the betting or gambling industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.
