Your Role and Responsibilities:

  • Generate service purchase orders to fulfill organizational requirements.
  • Detect and address potential supplier-related issues.
  • Proactively oversee workflow within SAP systems.
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to rectify invoice discrepancies and reduce overdue invoices.
  • Ensure timely delivery of services that adhere to quality benchmarks.
  • Implement and oversee efficiencies through strategic procurement practices.
  • Engage in supplier evaluations and business assessments.
  • Track expenses and assess supplier performance.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation related to procurement activities.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
  • 1-3 years of experience in multinational environments, particularly in P2P, Customer Service, or Order Management is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in English and German languages is required.
  • Familiarity with expediting and issuing purchase orders is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of procurement processes.
  • Competent in Microsoft Windows and Office Suite (Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, negotiation abilities, and effective multitasking with excellent organizational capabilities.
