How You'll Contribute:

  • Generate service purchase orders to align with business requirements.
  • Detect and address potential supplier-related issues.
  • Efficiently manage workflow within SAP systems.
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to resolve invoicing discrepancies and reduce overdue invoices.
  • Ensure timely delivery of services that meet established quality benchmarks.
  • Implement and oversee efficiencies through strategic purchasing practices.
  • Engage in supplier evaluations and business assessments.
  • Track costs and assess supplier performance metrics.
  • Maintain comprehensive records related to procurement activities.

What You'll Bring:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
  • 1-3 years of experience in multinational environments, particularly in P2P, Customer Service, or Order Management.
  • Proficiency in English and German languages.
  • Familiarity with expediting and issuing purchase orders is advantageous.
  • Basic understanding of procurement processes.
  • Competence in Microsoft Windows and Office Suite (Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint).
  • Strong verbal and written communication, negotiation, and multitasking abilities, complemented by excellent organizational skills.
