Job Summary:
1st Executive Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Procurement Category Manager to join our global purchasing and procurement function. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement process, focusing on total cost of ownership, supplier relationship management, and strategic sourcing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement category strategies to drive cost savings and process improvements
- Manage and maintain relationships with key suppliers, negotiating contracts and agreements
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify and prioritize procurement opportunities
- Conduct market research and analysis to inform procurement decisions
- Develop and implement automated sourcing processes, including auctions, RFX's, and relationship management systems
- Manage concurrent programs of work, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
- Provide exceptional written and oral communication skills, presenting data and insights to stakeholders
Requirements:
- Category experience within Facilities Management (FM)
- Experience running RFI's/RFP's and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, with the ability to analyze data and present insights
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with a minimum of 2 days per week in the office
