Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Automation Specialist to join our team at Quarsh | B Corp Certified. As a key member of our Production Engineering team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining complex automation systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the maintenance team in resolving technical issues and implementing lean improvements through automation.
  • Design and develop new test equipment to enhance our production processes.
  • Collaborate with the Design team to productionize new products, ensuring seamless handovers.
  • Implement and integrate new machines, ensuring a controlled and efficient transition.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improvement.

Requirements

  • Degree-level qualification in computer engineering or a related field.
  • Expertise in PLC programming, industrial automation, and control systems.
  • Strong understanding of ladder logic, control flow, and PLC hardware architecture.
  • Proficiency in PLC programming languages, such as Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or Rockwell Automation.
  • Experience with Human-Machine Interface (HMI) software and SCADA systems is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
