The Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital NHS Trust is seeking a dedicated Specialty Doctor to contribute to our esteemed Breast Surgery team. This full-time position offers a rewarding opportunity to provide high-quality care to patients within a supportive and collaborative environment.

Your Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive patient care, encompassing both inpatient and outpatient settings, including theatre assistance and administrative duties.
  • Contribute to the surgical team by assisting with complex procedures and developing your expertise in breast surgery techniques.
  • Participate in a 1:6 non-resident General Surgery on-call rota, demonstrating your commitment to providing timely and effective care outside of regular hours.
  • Collaborate effectively with consultants, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Continuously enhance your clinical skills through ongoing professional development and engagement in research activities.
