About the Role

Clifton Search is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Counsel to join our client's global legal team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality legal advice to key stakeholders across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert legal advice on a broad range of areas, including commercial contracts, master supply agreements, disputes, data protection issues, employment and HR issues, M&A and internal restructurings, real estate transactions, and IP matters.
  • Suggest solutions to resolve business issues in a commercial and pragmatic way, which is easy to understand.
  • Drive efficiencies and influence business thinking by constantly thinking of new ways to improve processes.
  • Interact with members of the Management Board and make an impact every day.

Requirements:

  • Qualified lawyer with 2+ years PQE.
  • Largely non-contentious background.
  • Solid experience in general commercial contracts.
  • Will consider Corporate and more specialist commercial backgrounds.
  • Additional experience in data protection, employment, or disputes/litigation is highly desirable.
  • Open to both In-House and Private practice backgrounds.

Working Arrangements:

3 office-based days will be required in the HQ near Bristol/Somerset borders.
