Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Risk Management Counsel to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in overseeing the identification, evaluation, and resolution of conflicts of interest across our extensive network.


Contract Type:
Permanent

Key Responsibilities:
As a Lead Risk Management Counsel, you will:

  • Provide expert guidance on legal and commercial conflicts, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and internal policies.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders to gather insights for effective conflicts analysis and resolution.
  • Train and mentor team members on conflict management processes and best practices.
  • Maintain and enhance the firm's policies regarding conflicts and confidentiality.
  • Support various General Counsel and Risk initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Deliver high-quality client service with risk-sensitive advice tailored to local regulatory and cultural contexts.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 4 years of post-qualification experience in a similar role.
  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills and the capability to liaise with partners and stakeholders at all levels.
