Clinical Lead for CAMHS Team

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead to join our CAMHS Team at Northampton Business Directory. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the mental health and wellbeing needs of children are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective strategies to prioritize and manage the workload of the CAMHS Team.
- Provide clinical advice and guidance to the team on the treatment and management of Looked After Children.
- Conduct assessments of children and their wider support network to identify their mental health and wellbeing needs.
- Offer brief interventions and advice to children and their support network as appropriate.
- Ensure all children are assessed in a timely manner in line with local and national targets.
- Document care plans and risk assessments on the electronic medical notes system.
- Provide signposting and guidance to other staff members and services regarding the treatment and management of Looked After Children.
- Maintain detailed knowledge of national and local protocols and procedures regarding the treatment and management of Looked After Children.
