Swim Instructor Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Swim Instructor to join our team at Nuffield Health. As a Swim Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering safe and effective swimming lessons to our customers of all ages and abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage and inspire members of all ages to achieve their swimming goals.
  • Deliver one-to-one lessons or group classes, using a variety of teaching methods to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Be a positive role model with a fun and engaging approach, promoting a love of swimming and water safety.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to improve the performance of our lessons and achieve targets.
  • Promote memberships by explaining the advantages of our facilities and services.

Requirements:

  • Swim England Level 2 or equivalent qualification.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A love of swimming and a passion for teaching.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
