About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Swim Manager to join our team at Nuffield Health. As a Swim Manager, you will be responsible for the management and governance of our Swim classes, including the development of programmes and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective Swim class programmes to meet the needs of our clients.
- Manage and coordinate the delivery of Swim classes, including the recruitment and training of instructors.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of Swim classes, making recommendations for improvement.
- Provide excellent customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Work closely with the Management Team to achieve commercial targets and drive business growth.
Requirements:
- Level 2 Qualified Instructor.
- Managerial experience preferred.
- Commercially minded.
- Excellent customer service skills.
