We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Swimming Instructor to join our team at Nuffield Health's Wokingham Fitness & Wellbeing Centre.
About the RoleAs a Swimming Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering safe and effective swimming lessons to customers of all ages and abilities. You will need to have an ASA Level 2 or equivalent qualification, as well as a good track record of coaching swimmers and achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities- Engage and inspire members to achieve their swimming goals
- Deliver one-to-one lessons or group classes
- Be a positive role model with a fun and engaging approach
- Promote memberships by explaining the benefits of our facilities
