About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our team as an Onsite IT Engineer. As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality technical support to our clients in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to clients on-site, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with Microsoft operating systems and applications.
  • Work closely with our clients to understand their technical requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with our technical team to ensure seamless delivery of technical support services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft technologies and best practices to ensure our clients receive the highest level of technical support.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience supporting Microsoft operating systems and applications.
  • Broad and strong technical background with the Microsoft technology stack, including Office 365, EMS, SharePoint, Active Directory, and Windows Server and Desktop operating systems.
  • Experience in delivering desk-side support to senior executive-level end-users.
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
