Position: Independent Financial Advisor
Location: Sutton, Surrey (office based position)
Minimum Qualifications: A minimum of 3 years' experience in financial advisory roles, with CAS status obtained within the last year preferred.
Compensation Package: Competitive salary up to £70,000 (OTE £100K in the first year) plus an attractive bonus structure, comprehensive client support, and 25 days of annual leave.
ABOUT THE COMPANY
A prestigious boutique financial advisory firm located in Sutton, Surrey, is seeking to expand its team by hiring an Independent Financial Advisor. This firm has established itself as a leader in the financial services sector for over 30 years, offering expert advice on pensions, retirement strategies, investments, savings, and a comprehensive suite of financial planning services.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
The Independent Financial Advisor will report directly to the Managing Director and will primarily engage with high-net-worth clients from a well-established and loyal client base. Regular client reviews and personalized service will be key components of this role, supported by full paraplanning and administrative assistance.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
To be considered for the Independent Financial Advisor position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a financial advisory capacity
- Level 4 qualification
- CAS status obtained within the last year is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reside in close proximity to Sutton
- Willingness to work from an office environment
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
- Base salary of up to £70,000 (OTE £100K in the first year)
