Transport First Line Manager

We are seeking a skilled Transport First Line Manager to join our team in Enfield, supporting our customer Iceland. As a key member of our transport function, you will provide leadership and guidance to the transport team to ensure they meet their objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the transport team to achieve excellent performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company and site-specific policies, as well as Working Time and EU Driving Regulations.
  • Develop and coach teams to ensure excellent performance and adherence to company policies.
  • Utilize strong IT skills, including warehouse systems and Microsoft Office, to support team performance.
