Job Title: Team Leader

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Team Leader to join our dynamic team, providing high-quality care and support to autistic adults.

Job Summary:

The Team Leader will be responsible for leading and mentoring a dedicated team, ensuring high standards of service in line with Social Care Standards. This role combines hands-on care with leadership, requiring collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams, families, and external agencies to develop and implement personalized support plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a team of support staff, providing guidance and coaching to enhance team skills and knowledge.
  • Work closely with autistic adults, ensuring their needs, preferences, and personal goals are at the forefront of all care.
  • Liaise with families, external agencies, and multi-disciplinary teams to ensure cohesive and individualized support plans.
  • Monitor the quality of care through regular assessments, ensuring compliance with Social Care Standards and other regulatory requirements.
  • Recruit and develop talent within the team, fostering a positive, values-driven working environment.
  • Participate in an on-call rota to ensure continuity of service and resolve any emerging issues efficiently.

Requirements:
