**Administration Team Leader - Lanarkshire - Salary £DOE**
**Do you have Team Leader experience within an Administration function? Are you an experienced Admin Team Leader looking for a new opportunity? Do you want the chance to join and established business based in Lanarkshire?**
We are looking to speak to strong administration team leaders who are looking for a new, challenging role in Lanarkshire. Ideally, you will have experience leading a tight-knit team, promoting a high performing culture whilst servicing various business areas daily. You will be a confident communicator, able to work well under pressure and can motivate your team daily. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading, global, manufacturing business within their Scottish HQ
**This is a full-time, permanent role working core business hours Monday - Friday. The salary for this role is £DOE.**
**Are you who we are looking for?**
- You are a strong and confident administrator with team lead experience
- You are a confident communicator both written and orally
- You enjoy building and developing key business relationships daily
- You are motivated and driven to complete all tasks to the highest of your ability
- You are proficient in the use of all Microsoft Packages and Google Sheets
- You can work well under pressure and can manage your time to meet set targets and deadlines
- You have a strong attention to detail
- You are a critical thinker with strong decision making skills
- You are proactive and able to manage an ever-changing workload and diary
- You can motivate your team and promote continuous improvement within the team and business
- You are able to delegate tasks to the wider team effectively and ensure delivery
**What is the day to day like?**
- Developing the administration services across the office, providing effective and efficient services daily
- Using available software packages to streamline processes and procedures
- Taking responsibility for all organisational and admin practices within the team
- Highlighting and resolving problems, making judgements on staffing, workload and admin process issues when required
- Working with key internal and external stakeholders when required
- Ensuring consistent and effective performance within the team, through effective people management
- Supporting and building relationships across various business departments
- Booking and arranging international travel for key stakeholders when required
- Assisting with additional administrative projects when required
- Ensuring all GDPR and compliance procedures are met at all times, as well as adhering to all policies within the organisation
- Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard, meeting set targets and deadlines
