Mazda Sales Representative

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our Mazda dealership as part of the Holdcroft Motor Group. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and assisting in finding the perfect vehicle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives, highlighting unique features and benefits
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and maximize sales
- Negotiate deals and secure customer commitment
- Maintain up-to-date industry knowledge
- Provide exceptional customer service and build relationships
- Manage inquiries and follow up on leads
- Complete paperwork accurately and on time
Requirements:
- Previous automotive sales experience preferred
- Valid driver's licence and clean driving record
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven track record in meeting sales targets
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
