Position Overview

We are excited to announce a vacancy within our Estates Operations Department for Facilities Maintenance Specialists. This role involves delivering essential maintenance services across various locations within our organization.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a fundamental multi-trade maintenance service across all building disciplines as necessary. This includes offering a thorough specialist and engineering service to all units and departments in a diverse environment, ensuring adherence to the organization's safety protocols and regulations.

This position includes a Recruitment and Retention Premium (RRP) payment and participation in the on-call schedule (with additional compensation). Opportunities for overtime are also available.
