About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Team Leader to join our team at Village Hotels - Ashton. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotels and leisure clubs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Identify and resolve maintenance issues promptly and efficiently
  • Build strong relationships with contractors and suppliers to ensure cost-effective outcomes
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to achieve business objectives
  • Proactively maintain and improve facilities and equipment to ensure optimal performance
