About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Team Lead to join our team at Village Hotels - Ashton - Maintenance. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotels and leisure clubs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver excellent customer service and ensure a faultless stay for our guests
  • Proactively identify and fix maintenance issues in guest rooms, pool areas, gyms, and public spaces
  • Build strong relationships with contractors and suppliers to achieve cost-effective outcomes
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
