Support Worker

Pay rate: £14-16 per hour (weekly pay) Shift Pattern: 8am - 8pm (Days) / 8pm - 8am (Nights)Requirements: Full UK Driving License Required with minimum 3 years experience driving

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Acuity Care Group Limited. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to an individual with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities

As a Support Worker, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing personal care and support with daily living activities.
  • Fostering a supportive and inclusive environment that promotes the individual's independence and well-being.
  • Ensuring the individual's safety and well-being at all times.
  • Communicating effectively with the individual and other team members to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection policies.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including days and nights.
  • Full UK Driving License with minimum 3 years experience driving.
