Deputy Residential Care Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Residential Care Manager to join our team at Aspireone Care in Altrincham.

This is a permanent full-time role, with a competitive salary and opportunities for career development.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting and supporting the home manager team in day-to-day duties
  • Working with young people to ensure all their needs are met
  • Assisting and supervising reporting and reviews
  • Being a positive role model for other members of the team

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 3 years' experience in a young persons residential care setting, ideally in a deputy manager position
  • An NVQ level 3 in Residential Care with Children and Young People's Workforce
  • A full UK driving license
