Job Title: Fluent French Speaking Customer Experience Consultant

Our client, an award-winning luxury travel company, is seeking a highly skilled Fluent French Speaking Customer Experience Consultant to join their Sales team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to clients and suppliers, ensuring a seamless travel booking experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Dealing with day-to-day queries on existing bookings, providing a professional experience to clients and owners
  • Responding to booking requests and allocating funds to bookings
  • Data entry to suppliers, agents, owners, and review portals
  • Assigning opportunities to team members and delegating queries
  • Escalating and sharing queries as they arise to ensure problems are identified and solutions found
  • Taking ownership of accessing information from various sources to respond effectively to customer and owner enquiries
Requirements:
  • Previous customer service experience working within luxury travel or hospitality
  • Fluent French Speaker
  • Ability to multitask and deliver high levels of customer service
  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality results in a timely fashion
  • Strong communication skills
  • Able to work shifts
