**Key Responsibilities**

  • Support Operations Managers in leading staff teams and promoting their professional development.
  • Assist in the day-to-day service delivery and management of the service.
  • Implement, manage, and maintain organisational policies, processes, and systems to ensure Service User's needs are met.
  • Ensure compliance with service specifications.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including Service Users, staff, and external partners.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of service strategies and plans.
  • Monitor and evaluate service performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and support to staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with other teams and departments to achieve organisational goals.

**Requirements**

  • Extensive knowledge and experience of working within the care sector and/or with vulnerable groups.
  • Relevant qualification in Health and Social Care (or willingness to achieve).
  • Strong leadership and team working skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in various forms at different settings and at various levels.
  • Commitment to promoting a person-centred approach and ensuring the participation and inclusion of Service Users.
