About the Role:
As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety, well-being, and development of our students. You will work closely with a team of dedicated professionals to create a positive and supportive living environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing attentive care and support to students during the night shift, including assisting with bedtime routines and responding to any needs that arise.
- Maintaining a safe and clean living environment by completing light household duties such as tidying common areas and ensuring hygiene standards are met.
- Collaborating with other staff members to implement individual care plans and support students' emotional and social development.
- Documenting student behavior and progress, contributing to their overall well-being and academic success.
