Business Change Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Business Change Manager to join our dynamic Change and Performance team at SSE Enterprise. This role is pivotal in driving significant transformation initiatives across our organization. As a key member of the central change team, you will collaborate with various internal stakeholders to effectively define, design, implement, and integrate essential changes in processes, personnel, and technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Conduct change impact assessments and oversee change governance, focusing on People, Process, Technology, and Data.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive change management plans, ensuring readiness through effective communication, training, and support.
  • Enhance the understanding and capability of business stakeholders in change management methodologies and tools.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, candidates should possess:

  • Proven experience in successfully managing change projects, ideally across multiple project lifecycles.
  • Relevant change management qualifications or industry training (e.g., ADKAR or equivalent).
  • A strong commitment to customer satisfaction and a passion for people.
  • High energy levels and a proactive, positive approach to work.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and creativity in addressing challenges and risks.
