We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Pensions Analyst to join our team at ARC, a specialist in Financial Services recruitment. As a Senior Pensions Analyst, you will play a key role in delivering client projects, managing data analysis, and implementing projects.
Key Responsibilities- Collect and document business processes for data and calculation processes.
- Provide expertise on data and implementation work, particularly in relation to pension administration, legislative requirements, data migration, payroll reconciliation, and business data standards.
- Analyse requirements to scope and define client projects, ensuring estimated effort and costs are accurate.
- Manage the completion and checking of client project work and implementation work, ensuring potential risks are flagged and mitigated.
To be successful in this role, you will need strong technical DB knowledge, ideally with experience in DC pensions administration. Previous projects and data analysis experience, along with strong communication, numeracy, and MS Office skills, are also essential. Any prior implementations or business analysis skills are viewed as a bonus.
What We OfferAs a Senior Pensions Analyst at ARC, you will enjoy a competitive salary of up to £50,000, plus professional study support and company pension. You will also have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team environment, with a flexible working arrangement of 2 days office and 3 days WFH.
