Senior Project Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Building Solutions Team in Sandhurst. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects within the Defence sector, comprising of refurbishment and new build works of £1M+.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple projects across the region within the Defence sector
  • Provide project direction, focus, and consistency across the project
  • Manage regular interaction with the client
  • Manage performance of sub-contracted delivery teams
  • Financial management of project
  • Review project schedules and budgets
  • Set up and maintain the project risk and issues strategy and processes

Requirements

  • Proven project management experience
  • SMSTS & NEBOSH
  • NVQ Level 4 or above in Construction Management
  • Experience of managing commercial projects
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Adept at managing costs and sub-contractor performance
